Ridgefield Lifestyle
The Ridgefield lifestyle is one of the primary reasons many of us live here. It is commonly stated that good taste is in the eye of the beholder. But, Ridgefield is a residential condominium community whose rules we all agreed to follow when we purchased our homes. Those rules state that the Board of Trustees, our elected representatives, are the final decision makers when it comes to determining what is or is not “in good taste.” The Trustees, therefore with the guidance of the residents from our hard working Ground committee, are asking all Ridgefield residents to abide by our rules and remove all items from common areas with the exception of the following:
Hanging flowers at front entrance
Planters with flowers (no whiskey barrels)
Planting of annuals in front beds, Door mats, Wreaths on front doors.
Flags attached to trim not siding
Holiday decorations at appropriate times and removed within a reasonable time after the holiday has passed.
We are asking all items not described above (for example: Bird feeders (especially in trees), Sun dials, Birdbaths) to be removed from front and side common areas immediately. These items may be moved to your limited common areas, which is twenty (20) feet directly behind you unit.
The items not included in the above exceptions, must be removed as soon as possible.
