Free Chair Yoga & Mindful
Relaxation
Friday, September 30th at
10:00 a.m. at the Clubhouse
sponsored by the Corcoran House
Learn all the benefits from slow, mindful movement in a relaxed setting. Chair yoga and relaxation techniques have been found to provide some relief for many who suffer from depression and anxiety, as well as increased flexibility, mobility and range of motion. Please wear comfortable clothing that stretches easily. Healthy snacks will be served afterwards. We hope to see you there!

collecting money for our irrigation system since 1998 with this neighborhood
penny drive. These monies have been given as left over coins in our pockets or
donations.
All these coins and dollar bills donated have added up to $ 6410.30
